First Gear Lockout Function Activation via Button in Shift Knob - Eliminate missing a gear forever as you cannot accidentally enter 1st unless the button is pressed.
(adjustable chromoly 1st gear lockout plate & removable if not required for your application).

This is a must have shifter for anyone who hates the feel of a factory shifter and is sick and tired of missing gears during a Race.

This is a full shifter unit/assembly and requires no extra parts to install.  

We suggest using a Paronite Gasket to stop heat transfer into Shifter &AB1 Steel Performance Shifter Bush with this Shifter for the ultimate shift feel. 

We suggest using a Heavy Duty Shifter Return Dual Spring Kit with this Race Spec Shifter (See link below)

PLEASE APPLY RED THREAD LOCKING GLUE (LOCTITE or Equivelant) to M10 Allan Bolt thread before tightening the Shifter, We suggest tightening it till there is some resistance in the shifters side movement, then locking it in with the grub screw. Please re-check bolt after a few drives to ensure it has not come loose.

Those running these shifters in an RB25 Transmission will notice our new Thick Lockout Plate will contact the shifter, you may need to file the lockout pin holder alittle to allow for clearance. RB26 transmissions require no modifications.
